CSCI 49395: Big Data Analytics and Applied Privacy

Course Description

Core principles and technologies of big data systems with a strong emphasis on AI and privacy protection at scale. Students design scalable data pipelines, apply AI and analytics to large-scale datasets, and implement privacy-preserving techniques in distributed environments — building trustworthy big data systems that are scalable, intelligent, and privacy-aware. Prerequisite: CSCI 335 or equivalent.
